Why is this important to you? Last year, I attended the retreat in Lake Tahoe as a VolunSTAR and experienced firsthand the impact that this organization has on a breast cancer patient and her family.
I served alongside VolunSTARs – several who are breast cancer survivors – selflessly giving of themselves while they, too, are undergoing treatments. I saw children and spouses celebrating life while struggling to live with the reality of cancer. And I saw women, several the same age as me, embracing a week of no doctors, no treatments, no worries and no stress. Little Pink made it possible for these families to slow down, reconnect and embrace every single moment. With laughter, with love and, most importantly, with hope.
I quickly realized that my investment of time and money to Little Pink gives more than I ever imagined. I am honored and humbled to be selected as a dancer with the unique opportunity to raise money and awareness for an organization that does so much good for so many.

Why is this important to you? My family has a long history of cancer and my grandmother had breast cancer. Thankfully she is now cancer free and living a much better quality of life.
