When we look to the future, we would like to create a system that includes a 2nd coordinator position to help guarantee longevity, stability during crises, and to create a system of excellence. But we wanted to ask if you have an additional company/ individual that you would like us to reach out to to help build your retreat location to maximize its resources? We do not expect you to solicit property donations, but wanted to give you a chance to share your connections in your community that we might not be aware of.ModelingAs part of the site visit, we will be focusing on modeling and training in the field. This portion of the trip is designed to help you feel more comfortable in an area that you need assistance. That might be because you have never tried it before or it is not your natural default or it coud just be that you have your donors that you always go to so you haven't had to stretch for a reach yet. This might be the BIG ask that you have put off because it has seemed out of reach or the small ask because the person has seemed unattainable. Maybe it is reaching out to churches or government officials. Maybe it is connecting with rotary or community groups. Or maybe the opposite. Maybe your strength has been with churches and it would be helpful for you to branch out with more business contacts. Use this space to tell us what you woud like help with.(Required)Community Speaking EngagementsYour help with this would be great! Do you have monthly meetings of women's groups, rotary or chamber of commerce? These are typically pretty easy to find on your local community calendar. When you are thinking about your upcoming site visit, if you have any information on specific monthly schedules, please let us know. For example Chamber meeting every third Wednesday. This is a great question to ask your Team Pink. What we have found is that often these speaking engagements can turn into a treasure trove of connections to build a Team Pink or secure additional support for your retreat. We are happy to reach out once we have this information.FundraisingPlease list any current fundraisers that support your retreat location. (We are going to help develop this, so if you do not have any that is totally fine- just write Not Yet!)Fundraising Chair- Do you have any potential individuals that you feel might be good in a fundraising role, which could include any of the following: Putting on an event, identifying corporate connections, connecting or approaching major donors, etc. These people are typically great connectors and leaders. This is an area that we will build over time. If you do not have anyone that comes to mind, just put NOT YET in this space.
