WHAT LITTLE PINK TAKES CARE OF
We’ve Got the Details. You Focus on Each Other.
A Little Pink retreat is designed to give your family a break from planning, schedules, and the everyday demands of cancer. We take care of the details so you can spend your week doing what matters most—being together.
A Place to Call Home
Your family will have private lodging for the week, giving you a comfortable place to relax, recharge, and enjoy time together.
Meals & Hospitality
Throughout the week, many meals and special dining experiences are provided as part of your retreat. There will also be time to enjoy meals on your own as a family.
Activities for the Whole Family
From outdoor adventures and local experiences to family activities and plenty of fun, each retreat is thoughtfully planned around the unique destination. Participation is always your choice—you can join in, slow down, or simply enjoy time together.
Meaningful Little Pink Experiences
Our retreats are about more than getting away. Little Pink creates intentional opportunities for families to connect with one another, build friendships with people who understand, laugh, play, and make memories that have nothing to do with cancer.
Special Moments & Surprises
Part of the Little Pink experience is making your family feel cared for. Throughout the week, you can expect special touches, celebrations, and surprises made possible by our volunteers and generous local communities.
Getting Around
Families are expected to have their own transportation throughout the retreat week, including transportation to and from scheduled activities. We’ll provide the schedule and details—you’ll simply need a vehicle to get you and your family where you need to go.
What Will My Family Need to Pay For?
There is no cost to attend a Little Pink retreat. Lodging, scheduled retreat activities, programming, and many meals and special experiences are provided to participating families at no cost. Families are responsible for travel to and from the retreat destination, along with personal expenses and any meals or activities they choose to enjoy outside of the planned Little Pink experience. Travel assistance applications are available for families qualifying for financial assistance.
WHO WILL BE THERE?
You’ll Arrive as Strangers. You May Leave as Family.
Walking into a retreat with people you’ve never met can feel a little intimidating. We understand. But something special happens when families who have been impacted by breast cancer come together.
You’ll share the week with other individuals, couples, and families who understand parts of this journey in a way others simply can’t. There’s no pressure to share your story or talk about cancer. Connection happens naturally- over meals, during activities, through laughter, and in the simple moments in between.
Your Little Pink Retreat Team
Throughout the week, you’ll be surrounded by a caring Little Pink team dedicated to making your family’s experience as welcoming and meaningful as possible. Our staff and volunteers are there to handle the details, answer questions, create memorable experiences, and make sure you feel supported from the moment you arrive.
And Yes, Kids Belong Here Too.
Children and teens aren’t simply along for the retreat—they’re an important part of it.
They’ll have opportunities to have fun, try new things, meet other kids who understand what it’s like to have cancer affect their family, and most importantly, just be kids. For many children, meeting another child whose family has been touched by breast cancer can be just as meaningful as the connections their parents make.
Connection Is at the Heart of Little Pink
You don’t have to arrive ready to make lifelong friends. You simply have to arrive as you are. The rest has a way of happening.
96% of participants feel more connected after their Little Pink retreat.
Could a Little Pink Retreat Be Right for You? If you or someone you love is navigating breast cancer, we’d be honored to welcome your family into the Little Pink community.
