I met amazing women that I hope to always have in my life. My children made connections with other families and people that have left lasting impressions. I made memories with my kids that would have been difficult to do without the generosity of Little Pink. I have noticed a better connection with my oldest son since returning from our trip, and I think it’s because he was able to see how big this has really impacted our life. Sometimes it’s so close to home that you forget what all has happened going through a diagnosis like this – I think seeing others going through the same experiences gave us all a different light on the situation and made us realize how important the little things truly are.
