When you have cancer, you gets lots of signs.  On a Little Pink retreat, you get a sign like this:

So the best way to respond is to jump in the water and show the gators who is the boss!

It is always good to ride along with a friend: 
and celebrate your successes with your new friends:

Tender moments of love and support:

and a joy in knowing that you accomplished something new and exciting:   
The day was a huge success thanks to our wonderful partners.  A special thanks to Gulf Adventure Center for the paddle board experience and to the  wonderful women at the Christian Life Church of Gulf Shores for providing love, support, and lunch!
