It’s not often in life where I find myself at a loss for words, as many of you know. 😉 I am having a hard time finding the proper words to summarize my experience with Little Pink Houses of Hope.

Naturally, I was a little uneasy about spending a week with a group of complete strangers. From the first night, it was clear that we all clicked like I never imagined possible. By the end of the week, it felt like we had known each other for years. In a span of six days we went from strangers, to friends, to family. I am so thankful that these beautiful, strong women and their husbands have come into my life. 🩷

Then, you have the Retreat Coordinator Tara Kosmas Galloway and Retreat Director Katie Wise Edick. Next to the word “selfless” in the dictionary should be a picture of these ladies. These amazing women donated their time to make this retreat happen. They spent their week spoiling each and every one of us. From setting up and breaking down meals and events, lugging chairs, tents, coolers and corn hole boards to and from the beach, happy hour on the pool deck, and being available 24/7 if we needed anything at all. Not to mention beforehand coordinating with all the restaurants and businesses who donated food, gifts and experiences to our group. All of this while also working their regular full time jobs. You ladies will always have a special place in my heart, you are family. 😘
