Axent Clothing had pledged to donate $1.10 of every sale of every product in Nicole’s name, benefitting Little Pink Houses of Hope.  We are excited to partner with Little Pink and to honor Nicole’s memory through these donations.

She left behind two beautiful daughters (ages 4 & 16), a loving husband and a world of friends.  Beyond being a mother and wife, she was everybody’s best friend.  Her passing at just 47 has created a tremendous void in lives of many, including our family.

Nicole Lopes was truly one-of-a-kind.  Her witty one-liners, quick comebacks and larger than life laugh, made an impression on everyone she knew and even those she didn’t!  Her personality was magnetic, everyone wanted to spend time with Nicole, even those that didn’t know her wanted to hang out with her.  Her positive attitude and outgoing personality made her the life of the party, until she was done. We always joked that Nicole would show up like a bull in a china shop ready to party, but would sneak out once the party got going.  Beyond Nicole the party girl, she was very genuine and always there for her friends.  She would listen, encourage and always be there with a hug when you needed one.

After multiple rounds of chemo and different types of treatments, Nicole lost her battle with cancer over Memorial Day weekend this past May.  We miss the hugs, the one-liners and most of all, that laugh.

Our family started Axent Clothing, a California based company, this past year.  Nicole’s one-liners and her famous saying, “GIIIIRL”, inspired our first product, which we made for Nicole’s close circle of friends.  With her passion for Little Pink Houses of Hope, we realized we had a bigger opportunity to keep Nicole’s memory alive and help other families going through the same challenges.  The GIRL Collection by Axent Clothing, inspired by Nicole, features her saying “GIRL”, Hummingbirds, which have constantly been in our yard since she passed, and other inspirational sayings to motivate those fighting breast cancer to keep fighting.

Axent Clothing had pledged to donate $1.10 of every sale of every product in Nicole’s name, benefitting Little Pink Houses of Hope.  We are excited to partner with Little Pink and to honor Nicole’s memory through these donations.

Thank you!
