The following two training documents will help you facilitate your opening meeting with Volunstars. The first file is the actual presentation that you will project with your Volunstars.

Print the second document to take notes, highlight, add special notes about your location, etc. so that you do not forget. You should go over this multiple times to make sure that you are ready to present in front of them. Volunstars will not have this copy, but will have a pad of paper to use, so if it is something that you want them to remember have them jot it down on their pad of paper.
